Can Porn Cause Erectile Dysfunction?

porn erectile dysfunction

As much as most men want to deny it, they could be suffering from a case of porn induced erectile dysfunction. Take a look at this all too common scenario:

You get home from a business trip, your wife greets you with a home cooked meal, some red wine, and things quickly lead to the bedroom.

You’ve been a faithful husband for your whole trip. You didn’t talk to any of the cute secretaries or waitresses you met. You went home after every meeting and watched a porno before bed to take care of your urges.

Now you’re home, and your wife is half-naked in her best lingerie; your shirt comes off, quickly followed by your pants. She starts giving you a blowjob, but you can’t get hard. As much effort as she puts in, as beautiful as she’s looking, you just can’t get hard.

Confused? This is probably your first time running into erectile dysfunction.

It’s a problem that’s growing by the year. Not just in seniors, but in men as young as 20 and 30 as well. Why is this? They should be in their sexual prime. Of all men, they should never have a problem getting it up. Let’s look closer…

Porn and Erectile Dysfunction

The internet has given men unprecedented access to porn in the past decade. Coincidentally, as porn ratings have gone to the moon, so have incidents of young and middle-aged men reporting erectile dysfunction.

Coincidence? I think not.

I used to see the same thing in the porn industry. The producers who would stand behind the cameras and edit clips day and night would often come to me asking me to help them with their problem. The only answer that I could give was to tell them to take a few weeks off of work.

The few that did take my advice to heart came back to work two weeks later saying that their problem had all but vanished and that their sex life was back to normal.

Why is this?

The problem lies in the quick and easy satisfaction that porn provides. It gives you access to a seemingly unlimited amount of attractive women 24/7. Whenever you want a quick release, you watch a porno.

This trains your brain to deny its natural tendencies. If you’re a man, your nature is to look at beautiful women, to desire sex with them, and then to try and talk to them. Once you get used to being satisfied with a computer screen, you won’t view women in the same way anymore.

Basically, you become lazy.

Subconsciously, you realize that the computer screen is free, requires no effort, and gives you the same ejaculation.

This is bad and can ruin your real-life relationships with women. My friends who’ve watched a lot of porn tell me they don’t care about going out and talking to new women anymore. I know married men who only have sex with their wives once a month. How sad is that?

The other reason why porn can cause erectile dysfunction is that it makes you less attracted to real women. When you’re used to associating all of your pleasure with bombshell pornstars, then your wife just doesn’t seem as attractive as she used to. You’ve desensitized your brain to the point where only the most unrealistically attractive women can get you hard.

Why You Should Stop Watching Porn

If you’ve been suffering from erectile dysfunction, and you’ve made porn a daily habit, then you need to give it a break or maybe even stop it completely. All it’s doing is making you have unrealistic goals about your sex life. You need to stop fantasizing, and make your dreams a reality.

The only men that are having sex with bombshells every day are rockstars or pornstars. And trust me, as a former pornstar I’m well aware of the dangers of watching porn and stay far away from watching my own films.

You need to reacclimatize yourself to the real world. Stop watching porn and instead focus your sexual energy on your girlfriend or if you’re single, on other women.

If you’re addicted to porn, then you’re probably going to have a hard time quitting it for the first time. If that’s your case, then check out this post I made a while back.

I guarantee that within a month of kicking your porn habit, you’ll not only have more energy, but your sex drive will have completely returned. You will probably have fewer instances of erectile dysfunction also.

You’ll begin to find your girlfriend and normal girls at the bar more attractive. You’ll be more motivated to pursue sex with them, and by the end of the month, you probably won’t even care about watching porn anymore.

What About A Long Term Solution?

For some men, I’ve seen that when they quit porn it instantly cures their erectile dysfunction, but for others it’s not enough. If you’ve tried to quit porn and it hasn’t helped at all, then you are most likely suffering from deeper issues.

A little while ago, I made a post on some great exercises that can aid in your recovery process as well. So be sure to check that out in case it’s causing too much performance anxiety.

I’ve seen this type of erectile dysfunction destroy other pornstars’ careers. You see, they didn’t know how to deal with their issues. In the porn industry, if you can’t get it up, you’re no good.

I used to be scared that it would happen to me one day. I spent a lot of time doing research, talking to former pornstars and playboys, and reading medical reviews.

I used the secrets I learned to prevent myself from ever getting erectile dysfunction, and I gave my friends the advice they needed to save their marriages and their porn careers.

Just recently an old friend of mine I used to shoot videos with sent me a sample of his new guide: ED Reverser. People send me samples of their books all of the time, and 90% of them are complete garbage. But I go way back with this buddy and I know how solid he is.

If you’re suffering from ED, you need to check this out. It’s not often that you get to see a really good guide like this, and it gets the Big Mike stamp of approval, hands down.

I guarantee it will change your sex life, and get you back to pumping just like when you were in college.
